Brett went to bat for me when the sale of my house in Grain Valley was in question. Then, when it went through, the sellers of my new place would not let me store my stuff in the garage until the sale was finalized. He talked to the husband reassuring him that the sale was good as soon as we heard the ok so he relented and let me move my stuff into the garage. He made a very trying time for me bearable.
